Responsibilities
- Serve as the welcoming first point of contact, listen to client concerns, accurately record vehicle symptoms, and schedule workshop appointments
- Check parts availability and pricing with suppliers to prepare accurate, competitive repair estimates and service agreements
- Keep tight coordination with the Floor In Charge and technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion
- Keep customers updated on their vehicle’s diagnostic status and advise on service schedules, upselling maintenance packages ethically
- Book customer appointments, arrange vehicle drop offs, and handle smooth pick ups/deliveries
- Maintain positive, long term relationships with clients to ensure high customer retention and repeat business
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of steady experience as a Service Advisor within a multi brand auto repair garage in the UAE
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to multitask and handle high customer volumes smoothly
- Proven experience in drafting and selling service agreements and explaining vehicle repair scopes
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
- Valid UAE driving license is highly advantageous

Job Summary
- We are looking for a customer focused, energetic, and highly organized Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will bridge the gap between customers and our technical team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the welcoming first point of contact. Listen to client concerns, accurately record vehicle symptoms, and schedule workshop appointments.
- Check parts availability and pricing with suppliers to prepare accurate, competitive repair estimates and service agreements for management approval.
- Keep tight coordination with the Floor In Charge and technicians. Monitor service progress to ensure accurate vehicle diagnosis and that cars are ready within the promised timeframe.
- Keep customers updated on their vehicle’s diagnostic status. Advise and educate them on different car service schedules, upselling maintenance packages and solutions ethically.
- Book customer appointments, arrange convenient vehicle drop offs, and handle smooth vehicle pick ups/deliveries.
- Maintain positive, long term relationships with clients to ensure high customer retention, repeat business, and word of mouth referrals.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of steady experience as a Service Advisor within a multi brand auto repair garage in the UAE.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship building skills. Ability to multitask and handle high customer volumes smoothly.
- Proven experience in drafting and selling service agreements and explaining vehicle repair scopes.
