Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a reputable workshop or dealership specializing in European high end vehicles (e.g., Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover)
- Solid technical understanding of automotive systems and repair processes
- Proven track record in converting enquiries into confirmed jobs and achieving KPIs
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Valid UAE driving license
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
