Active Auto Workshop in Dubai seeks a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to act as the bridge between customers and the technical team. Responsibilities include customer consultation, job card creation, cost estimation, and quality control.

- Greet customers warmly, listen to vehicle concerns, and conduct initial vehicle walk around inspections
- Create detailed, accurate job cards and translate customer complaints into clear technical instructions for technicians
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for parts and labor and present them professionally to customers
- Actively monitor the status of vehicles in the workshop and keep customers updated on progress
- Ensure vehicles are ready on time, explain completed invoice clearly, and handle payments
- Build long term trust with clients to encourage repeat business and positive online reviews
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
- UAE/Dubai workshop experience is highly preferred
- Strong basic understanding of automotive mechanics, diagnostics, and bodywork
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and upselling
- Familiarity with workshop management software, Excel, and digital invoices/quotations
- Highly organized, professional demeanor, able to work under pressure

Job Description
- As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our workshop and the primary bridge between our customers and our technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Consultation: Greet customers warmly, listen to their vehicle concerns, and conduct initial vehicle walk around inspections.
- Job Cards & Work Orders: Create detailed, accurate job cards and translate customer complaints into clear technical instructions for the workshop technicians.
- Estimation & Upselling: Prepare accurate cost estimates for parts and labor, present them professionally to customers, and explain the necessity of required repairs.
- Progress Tracking: Actively monitor the status of vehicles in the workshop and keep customers updated on their vehicle’s progress.
- Quality Control & Delivery: Ensure vehicles are ready on time, explain the completed invoice clearly to the customer upon delivery, and handle payments.
- Relationship Management: Build long term trust with clients to encourage repeat business and positive online reviews.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (UAE/Dubai workshop experience is highly preferred).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong basic understanding of automotive mechanics, diagnostics, and bodywork to explain repairs clearly to customers.
- Sales Ability: Proven track record of meeting sales targets and comfortably upselling maintenance services and parts.
- Computer Literacy: Familiarity with workshop management software, Excel, and preparing digital invoices/quotations.
- Personality: Highly organized, professional demeanor, and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
