Role Overview
The full-time Automotive Service Advisor role is based on-site in Abu Dhabi.
The Service Advisor is the main customer contact for vehicle concerns, recommended services, repairs, and service updates.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, understand vehicle concerns, and explain recommended services and repair options.
- Create service orders, coordinate with technicians, and review inspection results.
- Ensure vehicles are serviced according to workshop standards and customer expectations.
- Follow up with customers about repair status, handle inquiries and feedback, and manage service timelines.
- Support billing and documentation for accurate and transparent service records.
- Promote appropriate maintenance and repair solutions while supporting customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-service and customer-satisfaction skills are required.
