FRESH X RACING LLC is seeking an experienced Automotive Painter to join their motorsport engineering team in Dubai. The role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on high-performance vehicles.

Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning
- Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat using professional spray equipment
- Perform full vehicle painting as well as spot and panel repairs
- Polish painted surfaces to achieve a high quality finish
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards
- Maintain painting equipment, spray booths, and work areas in clean and safe condition
- Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Painter
- Good knowledge of automotive paint systems and refinishing techniques
- Ability to accurately match colors and achieve factory quality finishes
- Experience using spray guns and paint booth equipment
- Attention to detail and commitment to high quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage
