- Prepare vehicle surfaces by carrying out sanding, masking, filling, and priming processes
- Accurately mix paints and match colors to meet required specifications
- Apply primer, basecoat, and clear coat using appropriate tools and techniques
- Check completed work to ensure a smooth and high quality finish
- Fix minor surface defects such as scratches or dents prior to painting
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in automotive painting
- Solid understanding of paint mixing, shade matching, and surface preparation techniques
- Proven experience working on luxury and premium vehicles
- Proficient in operating spray guns and related painting tools
- High level of precision with a strong focus on quality finishes
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Job Overview
