Overview
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Automotive Operations & Technical Support Assistant to join our team in Dubai.
This role combines operational support, vehicle management, and customer assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support related to vehicles and assist customers when needed
- Handle car insurance processing
- Manage Salik registration
- Register vehicles with the RTA and handle related procedures
- Support vehicle passing/inspection processes
- Coordinate and control car repairs
- Monitor and ensure repair quality
- Source and purchase spare parts
- Respond quickly to operational tasks and requests
- Be available and connected 24/7 for urgent matters
- Submit reports on time
Requirements
- English (fluent) , Arabic (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of responsibility and responsiveness
- Basic understanding of automotive processes (preferred)
- Experience with RTA procedures is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license
