As an Advanced Express Technician, you will perform routine maintenance as well as light mechanical repairs, inspections, and entry-level diagnostic work. Responsibilities may include oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, alignments, battery replacement, fluid services, and other minor repairs.
You will work closely with service advisors and experienced technicians to identify vehicle needs, make accurate recommendations, and ensure every repair meets dealership and manufacturer standards. This role offers continued hands-on training and a clear path toward becoming a full-line technician.
Complete maintenance and repair orders efficiently and according to dealership and manufacturer standards
Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and other scheduled maintenance
Inspect tires for wear or damage and perform tire mounting, balancing, repair, and replacement

Perform brake inspections and replace brake pads, rotors, and related components
Complete wheel alignments and identify basic steering or suspension concerns
Test and replace batteries and perform basic electrical system checks

You have previous automotive maintenance or express-service experience
You have a working knowledge of brakes, tires, alignments, batteries, and routine vehicle maintenance
You are ready to expand your skills beyond basic oil changes and tire rotations
You are dependable and have a strong work ethic
You take pride in completing accurate, high-quality work
You work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
