Position Overview
- As a Floor Coordinator for an automobile garage, you will oversee daily operations of the garage floor, manage technicians and support staff, ensure efficient operations, exceptional customer service, and high standards.
Responsibilities
- Team Management: Coordinate and lead a team of automotive technicians, mechanics, and support staff; assign tasks; provide guidance and mentoring.
- Operational Efficiency: Plan and organize daily workflow; monitor progress; coordinate with other departments.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks; ensure work meets industry standards and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers; address concerns; ensure exceptional service.
