Role Overview
UWorld is seeking an Automation Test Engineer focused on user experience, test automation, and bug identification for test-preparation applications.
The role supports product quality through automated testing, performance testing, and collaboration with quality engineering, development, and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and execute Playwright-based API, CLI, and GUI test automation.
- Own the evolution, scalability, and best practices of the Playwright automation framework.
- Build reusable Playwright test suites, page object models, and CI/CD integrations.
- Plan automation development and product testing activities in an Agile environment.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues.
- Develop automation scripts and execute performance tests.
- Coordinate with product management and engineers to improve product stability.
