We are building a production-grade AI platform focused on portfolio intelligence, financial data analysis, and enterprise automation.
We are looking for an
Ai Technical Lead
who can design, build, and scale real-world AI systems — not demos.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with
RAG systems, LLM orchestration, and production infrastructure
, and can translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and scale
- production-grade AI systems
- Design and optimize
- RAG pipelines
- (retrieval, embeddings, vector databases)
- Build
- agentic workflows
- (LangChain, LangGraph, or custom orchestration)
- Integrate AI systems with
- enterprise tools
- (CRMs, APIs, financial systems)
- Ensure
- data reliability, auditability, and security
- Optimize
- AI performance, latency, and cost
- Translate AI outputs into
- business actions and workflows
- Lead technical direction and mentor engineers
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Software engineering experience
- Building
- production AI systems
- Strong experience with:
- RAG systems
- LLM orchestration
- Backend architecture & APIs
- Proficiency in:
- Python
- PHP
- Vector databases (Pinecone, MongoDB, or similar)
- Experience with:
- Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or equivalent)
- Proven experience building systems with
- real users and usage
Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)
- Experience with
- multi-tenant systems
- Experience with:
- LangChain / LangGraph / n8n
- Strong understanding of:
- Cost optimization, model routing
- Monitoring and observability
