Role Overview
The role supports solution delivery and day-to-day technology management for WPP's Global Automation Operations Centre.
The centre supports automation products and projects delivered across WPP and enables continued innovation and operational improvement.
What You Will Do
- Develop and extend automation solutions using RPA and Power Platform components.
- Refine existing automation projects to meet global business requirements and architecture standards.
- Design, build, and optimize Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Dataverse solutions.
- Use SQL, FetchXML, and Dataverse APIs for validation, automation logic, and troubleshooting.
- Design cloud flows using REST APIs, JSON manipulation, and XPath.
- Manage automation data sources, connections, and backend dependencies.
- Support RPA and Power Platform updates, patches, and version upgrades.
- Maintain workflow documentation, logic documentation, and runbooks.
