Hiring: Automation Engineer – Siemens PLC & SCADA
We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer (Electrical) with hands-on experience in Siemens PLC systems, SCADA, and industrial automation to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshooting, maintenance, and testing of Siemens PLC systems
Monitoring and maintaining SCADA systems for smooth operations
Diagnosing faults in control panels, electrical systems, and instrumentation
Supporting installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities
Preparing BOQs, electrical estimations, material take-offs, and cost calculations
Reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents
Coordinating with procurement and project teams
Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, PLC logic, and control schematics
Preparing technical reports and maintenance documentation
Providing technical support during shutdowns and breakdowns
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
Strong experience in Siemens PLC programming and troubleshooting
Knowledge of SCADA systems and industrial automation
Experience in electrical estimation and project documentation
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Good communication and technical reporting skills
Additional Requirement
Must have transferable Iqama with minimum 3 months validity
Must be able to join immediately
Preferred Skills
Experience in industrial plants/facilities
Knowledge of VFDs, MCCs, instrumentation, and control panels
Commissioning and maintenance experience
