Automation Engineer

Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and design solutions.

Translate business needs into technical requirements and automation opportunities.

Provide technical guidance, training, and support for citizen developers and end users.

Discover candidates for process optimization and continuous improvement.

Maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for automation solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Strong experience with:

Power Automate

Power Apps

Microsoft 365

SharePoint Online

Microsoft Teams

PowerShell and automation scripting

Experience integrating cloud applications through APIs, connectors, and workflow automation.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Copilot Studio, ChatGPT or Claude and AI-powered automation solutions.

Experience with Azure services, Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, and custom connectors.

Experience working in enterprise environments with governance, security, and compliance requirements.

The successful candidate is passionate about automation, process improvement, and user experience. They can work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver solutions that simplify operations, increase productivity, and enable the organization to scale through automation and AI.
