High School Diploma/GED equivalent
High level computer capability; familiarity with Microsoft Office and various technical apps.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Some background in Electrical theory, Electronics, or related field.
Ability to safely work in industrial environments.
Must be self-driven and proactive, capable of good task prioritization and execution.

2-4 years’ experience in a E&I technician role
Associate’s degree or certification in electrical/electronic technology or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering Field, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related.
