As part of expanding our technical team, we are seeking a skilled Autodesk Technical Support to join our growing organization in Dubai, UAE.

About The Role
You will help our clients in the AEC/PDMC industry by giving expert support and guidance.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years of proven experience in an Autodesk environment, supporting end customers.
- Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in training and product demonstrations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Help drive product sales by sharing technical knowledge during business development
- Work on well-qualified customer opportunities
- Present and demonstrate product value to prospects and customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions
