The fabrication arm produces custom fiberglass pots, sculptures, scenic fabrication, and bespoke architectural pieces.

The company is hiring a full-time AutoCAD Draftsman to own technical drawings from site measurement through approved drawing and production.

Responsibilities
- Own AutoCAD shop drawings for custom fiberglass pots, planters, sculptures, slides, and fabricated pieces.
- Attend site visits, take measurements, and verify drawings against site conditions and client files.
- Produce drawings with dimensions, finishes, materials, fixing details, and construction details.
- Communicate drawing status, flag delays or missing information, and coordinate with the project coordinator.
- Build and maintain a shop drawing database for standard products.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and project teams and revise drawings based on client feedback.
- Maintain organized records of drawing versions and approvals for production.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or Engineering; civil or mechanical background is welcome.
- Proven experience producing technical AutoCAD drawings, preferably for fabrication, joinery, fit-out, or construction.
- Ability to take independent site measurements and translate them into accurate drawings.
- Strong familiarity with construction methods, materials, finishes, and fixing details.
- Ability to work from incomplete references and create precise technical drawings.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple drawing requests and deadlines.
- Good communication in English and ability to coordinate with sales, design, and production teams.
- Experience with fiberglass, GRC, GRP, or scenic fabrication is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of 3D modelling tools such as SketchUp or Fusion.
- Experience maintaining a drawing library or standards database.

- The work location is Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Site visits and independent site measurements are a core part of the role.
