Overview
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for stainless steel and mild steel structures, furniture, handrills, cladding, tanks, kitchen cabinets and other custom metal works.
- Coordinate with engineers, production, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and feasibility.
- Develop shop drawings and assembly drawings based on design concepts, technical, specifications and site measurements.
- Prepare as built drawings after project completion to reflect any site modifications.
- Take accurate field measurements and dimensions from customer templates, samples and existing site structures
- Create cutting templates, bending developments, and nesting layouts for laser cutting, waterjet, punching and bending machines.
- Generate DXF files or machine ready programs for CNC, laser, or waterjet cutting operations.
- Modify and update drawings as per site measurements or client revisions.
- Ensure drawings comply with company standards and project specifications.
- Maintain drawing files, revisions, and documentation for all projects.
