Role Overview
Join the team as an AutoCAD/Revit MEP Designer supporting construction projects.
The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on experience with 2D and 3D MEP modeling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and maintain MEP models using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- Create detailed drawings and shop drawings, including plans, sections, and details.
- Coordinate clashes and resolve conflicts between MEP systems and other disciplines using Revit tools such as Navisworks.
- Ensure models comply with project standards, codes, and BIM execution plans.
- Support BIM model development from conceptual design through detailed construction documentation.
- Integrate MEP models with architectural and structural models.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience creating and managing 2D and 3D MEP models.
- Experience with mechanical systems such as HVAC and firefighting, as well as electrical and plumbing systems.
- Experience preparing sheets, coordination sheets, and sections.
Compensation
- Pay ranges from ₹20,235.57 to ₹47,514.99 per month.
