Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle panels and surfaces by sanding, masking, filling, and priming
- Mix and match paint colors accurately to manufacturer specifications
- Apply primer, base coat, and clear coat using professional spray painting techniques
- Perform paint correction, polishing, and finishing to achieve a factory quality finish
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the company's quality standards before vehicle delivery
- Maintain paint booths, spray equipment, and tools in excellent working condition
- Follow all safety, environmental, and workshop procedures
- Coordinate with the body shop and Quality Control team to ensure timely completion of repairs
Requirements
- Minimum 10 12 years of experience as an Auto Painter in the automotive industry (mandatory)
- Extensive knowledge of automotive paint systems, refinishing techniques, and advanced color matching
- Experience working on luxury, premium, and high end vehicles is highly preferred
- Ability to produce flawless, factory standard paint finishes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining the highest standards
- Professional attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
