About the Role

Responsibilities
- Install and route wiring harnesses, electrical components, and control systems on heavy vehicles and truck chassis
- Perform electrical connections for lighting systems, batteries, sensors, switches, relays, and control panels
- Conduct electrical testing using multimeters and diagnostic equipment to verify system performance
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and rectify electrical faults during assembly, testing, and production stages
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
- Support integration of vehicle electrical systems including 12V/24V DC circuits and CAN bus communication networks
- Ensure all electrical installations meet quality requirements, safety regulations, and company procedures
- Maintain tools, testing equipment, and work areas in safe, clean, and operational condition
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues
Requirements
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Automotive Electrical, or related technical discipline
- Working knowledge of DC electrical systems (12V/24V) and vehicle electrical components
- Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and schematics
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive, heavy vehicle, truck manufacturing, or industrial electrical assembly
- Knowledge of CAN bus systems is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities – Automotive Electrical Assembly & Installation
- Install and route wiring harnesses, electrical components, and control systems on heavy vehicles and truck chassis in accordance with engineering drawings and assembly standards.
- Perform electrical connections for lighting systems, batteries, sensors, switches, relays, and control panels, ensuring proper functionality and reliability.
- Conduct electrical testing using multimeters and diagnostic equipment to verify system performance and compliance with specifications.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and rectify electrical faults during assembly, testing, and production stages.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to support installation and fault finding activities.
- Support the integration of vehicle electrical systems, including 12V/24V DC circuits and CAN bus communication networks where applicable.
- Ensure all electrical installations meet quality requirements, safety regulations, and company manufacturing procedures.
- Maintain tools, testing equipment, and work areas in a safe, clean, and operational condition.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Automotive Electrical, or a related technical discipline.
- Working knowledge of DC electrical systems (12V/24V) and vehicle electrical components.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Knowledge of CAN bus systems will be an added advantage.
