About the Firm
SW BMB&Co. is an independent national member firm of SW International.
The Riyadh-based firm provides audit and accounting services supported by technical expertise.
Additional services include litigation and legal advisory, tax and zakat consultations, and bankruptcy and liquidation services.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in external audit is required.
- Experience with a Top 10 audit firm is preferred.
- Strong accounting and finance skills and knowledge of relevant standards and regulations are required.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, IFRS, risk assessment, internal controls, and financial reporting is required.
- Experience managing multiple audit engagements and leading audit teams is required.
- Strong leadership, client-management, communication, and decision-making skills are required.
- Very good written and spoken Arabic and English are required.
- Advanced analytical skills are needed to interpret data, identify trends, and evaluate controls and business risks.
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- CPA, CA, ESAA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- Integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and continuous improvement are required.
- The role requires working in a hybrid environment and managing multiple deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple external audit engagements.
- Lead audit teams and oversee engagement delivery.
- Manage engagement timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Interpret data, identify trends, and evaluate internal controls and business risks.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Support audit and assurance work in a professional services environment.
