The mission of Internal Audit is to provide independent assurance to the Supervisory Board and Management Board of The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) that all key risks affecting the achievement of TMICC’s strategic objectives are understood and properly managed.
The Information Technology audit team focuses primarily on key risks in the areas of Information Security and Technology Availability, as well as risks related to the digitisation of TMICC. We will audit global IT operations, processes, and controls. Examples of potential audits include cybersecurity, application implementation projects and application audits as part of process audits.
In this role you will be part of a team auditing Ice Cream businesses across the globe. The Audit Manager IT will:
Bring an in-depth knowledge of IT processes and practices to the audit teams (including 3P).
Identify key risks in IT and evaluate the key controls that mitigate these risks, identify any weaknesses and develop recommendations to address these.
Communicate and support recommendations for improvements, including with people at more senior levels of the organisation.
Be able to discern the appropriate amount of IT control based on TMICC’s risk appetite
Identify and disseminate good practices.
Participate in cross-functional audit work globally.
Auditing : deliver high-quality audits by evaluating the design and operational effectiveness of controls across multiple functional areas and business units. Audit planning: Participate in all aspects of audit planning including discussions with unit management to understand business context, identification of key risks and proposal of audit scope/plan. Participate in IT Expertise group : to coordinate with and gain insight of our audits by liaising with Centres of Excellence (content/process owners) on audit findings, identifying good practices/ functional issues/developments, capability building and internal & external benchmarking. Stakeholder Connects : proactively engage senior leaders in the business to understand the business environment and key risks, share emerging themes and key take-outs from audit. Strategic Priorities and Initiatives : deliver workplan and strategic initiatives in line with the priorities of Internal Audit to ensure that the function is at par with the developments in the audit industry. Self Development : Develop, commit to and action a future fit self-development plan.

Has experience in at least two areas of IT (applications, development & maintenance, ERP, infrastructure, ITIL, etc.).
Minimum of 6-10 years of professional experience in IT roles (in FMCG is a plus), ideally in a managerial or assistant manager role with a track-record of successful performance.
Experience with risk-based audits (non-SOx audits) and internal audit is considered an advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills. Fluent spoken and written English is required.
Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear, concise findings
