Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead engagements and manage planning, risk assessment, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Review audit work, financial statements, and deliverables for quality and compliance.
• Evaluate complex accounting and audit issues and provide practical recommendations.
• Prepare and review auditor’s reports, management letters, and representation letters.
• Act as the primary day-to-day client contact during engagements.
• Coordinate component auditors and group reporting requirements.
• Coach and develop associates through training, feedback, and performance support.
• Maintain professional standards, ethics, independence, and current technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing.
