Responsibilities
- Plan and execute statutory, internal, and external audits for UAE based clients
- Review financial statements, ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and finalize audit working papers, audit programs, and audit reports
- Assess internal controls and identify areas of risk or non compliance
- Ensure audits are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards
- Liaise with client management for audit queries and clarifications
- Coordinate with India team for cross border assignments and group audits
- Supervise and review work of junior audit staff/articled trainees
- Draft clear, well supported audit reports and management letters
- Present audit findings to partners/clients with practical recommendations
Requirements
- Experience in statutory, internal, and external audits
- Knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements (IFRS, UAE Commercial Companies Law, VAT)
- Ability to prepare audit working papers, programs, and reports
- Experience in client management and team coordination

Key Responsibilities
- Audit Execution: Plan and execute statutory, internal, and external audits for UAE based clients

- Compliance & Regulatory: Ensure audit work complies with UAE regulatory requirements (e.g., IFRS, UAE Commercial Companies Law, VAT regulations where relevant)
- Support clients with corporate tax and VAT related audit considerations
- Stay current with UAE audit, tax, and regulatory updates
- Client & Team Coordination: Liaise directly with client management for audit queries, clarifications, and data requirements
- Coordinate with the India team for cross border assignments and group audits
- Supervise and review the work of junior audit staff/articled trainees, where applicable
- Reporting: Draft clear, well supported audit reports and management letters
