Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with experience in IT Audits, preferably in the BFSI sector.
CISA certification is mandatory; additional certifications like CISM, CRISC, or CISSP are preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
Sound knowledge of key RBI circulars and regulatory requirements.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Experience in team handling and relationship management is advantageous.
Critical thinking and analytical skills, coupled with efficient data handling abilities.
High energy, passion, and a self-starter attitude, with good presentation and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
