About the Role
Synergy Auditing and Accounting is seeking an Audit Associate with 3-4+ years of audit experience to assist in planning and executing audit engagements, analyzing financial statements, and preparing audit reports.

Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing audit engagements, including substantive testing and evaluation of internal controls
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, transaction records, and other documentation to identify discrepancies and potential issues
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive audit workpapers and documentation to support findings and conclusions
- Communicate with clients to gather information, clarify issues, and address queries throughout the audit process
- Contribute to the preparation of audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and improvement areas
- Stay updated on UAE audit and tax regulations, ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and accounting standards
Requirements
- 3 4+ years of relevant audit experience (internships included)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE regulations
- Professional certifications (ACCA, CA) preferred
- Applicants must currently reside in the UAE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Compensation
- Pay: AED5,000.00 AED7,000.00 per month
