Job Overview
Audiologist – Sales & Clinical Support will be responsible for driving the growth and market positioning of
Vte
by overseeing the product lifecycle and providing clinical expertise.
This role ensures success enhances customer satisfaction and strengthens VTE’s presence in the market.
Product & Business Strategy
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
- Gathering and prioritizing customer and product requirements.
- Defining the product vision and positioning.
- Aligning cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Sales & Clinical Support
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments for patients.
- Provide clinical and technical support for Phonak products, including fitting, troubleshooting, software installation, and training.
- Cover governmental and private hospitals/medical centers in north emirates and provide patient counseling. as well as through home visits
- Support and expand VTE’s business.
- Maintain and oversee VTE’s office operations, ensuring smooth business workflows.
- Submit weekly reports on the general business lifecycle to the VTE Manager.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Audiology, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, sales, or clinical support within the hearing aid.
- Strong understanding of hearing aid technologies, audiology, and clinical applications.
- Proven ability to define product strategies, conduct market analysis, and manage product lifecycles.
- Excellent communication and training skills to support sales teams and customers.
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strong project management skills with a problem-solving mindset.
