Touch of Health Polyclinic is seeking an Audiologist & Sales Specialist to perform audiological assessments, fit hearing aids, and promote hearing care services. The role combines clinical audiology with sales responsibilities in a full-time, on-site position in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Perform audiological assessments, including hearing tests and diagnostic evaluations
- Recommend appropriate hearing solutions tailored to each patient's needs
- Fit and adjust hearing aids and related devices
- Provide follow up care and educate patients and families on hearing health and device usage
- Promote hearing care services and products, manage consultations with prospective patients, and support sales activities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with clinic policies
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high quality patient care
Requirements
- Professional audiology expertise, including conducting hearing assessments, interpreting results, and recommending evidence based treatment or device solutions
- Strong patient care skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly, provide counseling, and build trust with diverse patient populations
- Sales and customer relationship skills, including consultative selling, product presentation, and follow up to support hearing aid and service adoption
- Solid organizational and documentation abilities, with attention to accuracy in medical records, reporting, and inventory or product tracking
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology or a related field; licensure or eligibility for licensure as an audiologist, as required by local regulations
- Previous experience in a clinical audiology setting; experience with hearing aid fitting and programming is highly beneficial
- Experience in healthcare or medical device sales is an advantage, particularly in audiology or ENT related products
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills relevant to the Dubai patient population are a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, maintain ethical standards, and adapt to evolving clinical and commercial needs

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Audiologist & Sales Specialist role based in Dubai.
- The Audiologist & Sales Specialist will perform audiological assessments, including hearing tests and diagnostic evaluations, and recommend appropriate hearing solutions tailored to each patient's needs.
