Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission audio visual equipment, including displays, projectors, LED screens, sound systems, microphones, video conferencing systems, and control systems.
- Perform cable pulling, termination, labeling, and equipment rack assembly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV systems and network connectivity.
- Conduct system testing and quality checks to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide on site and remote technical support to clients.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and system designs.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients during project execution.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Electronics, Information Technology, Audio Visual Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AV installation, maintenance, or technical support
- Strong knowledge of audio systems, video distribution, video conferencing, LED displays, and control systems
- Experience with structured cabling and network fundamentals
- Ability to use testing and troubleshooting equipment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
