Audience & Customer Data Analyst

The Audience & Customer Data Analyst is responsible for transforming customer and audience-level data into actionable insights that inform marketing strategy, audience targeting, and performance optimization.

This role blends customer data expertise, analytical rigor, and cross functional collaboration to support data-driven decision making for marketing and business stakeholders.

Success in this role requires strong customer data fluency along with a deep understanding of the customer journey and effectively analyzing and communicating audience-level performance across touchpoints.

• Lead audience strategy and targeting approach for their assigned brand across media, CRM, and site
• Drive audience insights and profile analysis to inform targeting strategy and support personalization efforts
• Own new audience processes, documentation, and communication to shape audience builds, activation and measurement requirements
• Manage internal audience roadmap with goals, KPIs, and timing to scale best practices

• Analyze customer and audience-level data to identify behavioral patterns, funnel progression trends, and conversion outcomes
• Evaluate segmentation logic and audience strategies, identifying improvement opportunities based on performance
• Conduct root-cause and cause-and-effect analysis to understand drivers of business and marketing performance

• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align on campaign needs, taxonomy, audience development timelines, and channel-specific delivery requirements
• Support stakeholders in understanding data logic, analytical outcomes, and audience-level implications
