Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) offers mentoring, hands-on training, and clear advancement pathways for those passionate about working with children with special needs. As a Behavior Assistant (BA), you can enroll in our complimentary 40-hour RBT training and even pursue Student Analyst (SA) roles if you plan to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
