We are looking for a bright, able-bodied team member to be a Service Attendant in the Surgical Have you ever been intrigued by the inner workings of the OR? Do you enjoy an environment Suite at the Grey Nuns OR. Your new role will include transportation, transferring, positioning of patients including patients with a high BMI, and assisting with patient prepping. Bed set up to match the booked cases, room set up with pertinent equipment, stocking supplies/linen, cleaning of OR theatres between cases, maintaining a clean environment outside of the OR theatre including garbage removal. Awareness and compliance of Covenant Health policies/SOPs, and isolation policies/procedures. Please note: Classifications Under Review.

Description: The Attendant supports the department by performing the tasks of stocking, restocking, cleaning, and portering of equipment, supplies, and patients. This position is covered by the terms and conditions of the CUPE 41 Collective Agreement.
