Job Summary
Entry-level management position supporting day-to-day housekeeping, recreation or health club, and laundry activities where applicable.
The position directs employees, maintains guestrooms and public spaces, conducts inspections, and supports guest satisfaction and operating budget objectives.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED plus two years of housekeeping or related professional experience.
- Alternatively, a related two-year degree may be accepted with no work experience required.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, loss prevention policies, housekeeping standards, and employee supervision is required.
Housekeeping Operations
- Supervise daily shifts, work assignments, inspections, staffing, and compliance with housekeeping procedures.
- Manage room status communications, supplies, linen inventory, uniforms, and equipment.
- Coordinate guest room maintenance needs with the Engineering department.
- Oversee lost and found procedures and supervise housekeeping operations when senior managers are absent.
Guest and Employee Service
- Handle guest problems and complaints and support excellent customer service.
- Support training, coaching, counseling, hiring, investigations, discipline, and performance appraisals.
- Provide feedback on employee service behaviors and communicate performance expectations.
Payroll and Scheduling
Manage payroll administration.
Use the Labor Management System to schedule employees according to business demand and track time and attendance.

- The role is full time and based at West Bay, Doha, Qatar.
