Location and schedule

• The position is located in West Bay, Doha, Qatar.
• The schedule is full time.
• The role is not remote and involves operational presence in hotel housekeeping areas.

Education and experience

• High school diploma or GED plus two years of housekeeping or related professional-area experience, or a two-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major with no experience required.
• Current knowledge and understanding of OSHA regulations is expected.

Housekeeping operations and budgets

• Oversee lost-and-found procedures, room-cleaning assignments, stock levels, guestroom status communication, and guestroom maintenance coordination.
• Ensure employees have proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms and comply with loss-prevention policies.
• Supervise shifts, inspections, housekeeping standards, linen inventory, guest supplies, and ordering activities.
• Supervise housekeeping and related areas when the Director of Services or Housekeeping Manager is absent.

Guest service and people management

• Handle guest problems and complaints, review comment cards and satisfaction results, and empower employees to provide service within guidelines.
• Support training initiatives, employee-accident investigations, performance expectations, coaching, counseling, and feedback.
• Manage payroll administration, staffing levels, interviewing and hiring participation, progressive discipline, and performance appraisals.
• Use the Labor Management System to schedule according to business demands and track employee time and attendance.
