Role Description

  • Play a key role in driving sales growth and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities while supporting the sales team in achieving their goals.
  • Assist with strategy creation, reporting and team guidance.
  • Research prospects to generate leads.
  • Develop targeted sales presentations.
  • Nurture client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Proven ability in lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and business to business sales experience.
  • Analytical and Planning Skills: Proficiency in strategy creation, data analysis, and effective reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with business consulting services, including accounting, finance, and taxation, is a significant advantage.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience in working with diverse teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of the corporate and regulatory environment in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales related technologies would be beneficial.
