Job Summary
We are looking for a candidate experience in IBMS with hands-on experience in executing Data Center projects . The candidate should have strong expertise in IBMS, CFS, CCTV, and Access Control Systems (ACS) , with exposure to installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and coordinate IBMS and CFS projects for Data Center facilities.
- Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of: Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) CCTV Systems Access Control Systems (ACS) Fire Alarm & Life Safety Systems

- Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Prepare technical documentation, testing reports, commissioning reports, and handover documents.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular project progress updates.
- Support site surveys, system integration, and customer acceptance testing activities.
Required Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in IBMS/CFS project execution.
- Mandatory experience in Data Center projects .
- Hands-on experience in: IBMS CCTV Access Control Systems (ACS) Fire Alarm Systems Building Automation Systems (BMS)

- Experience in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project execution.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage site activities independently.
Preferred Profile
Experience working on large-scale Data Center projects.
Knowledge of ELV systems integration and commissioning.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites as per business requirements
