About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager Production to handle lubricant filling operations in Dubai. The role involves managing production activities across shifts, ensuring targets, coordinating with teams, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Handle complete lubricant filling operations for multiple filling lines
- Manage and monitor production activities of 2 shifts effectively
- Ensure achievement of daily production targets with minimum downtime
- Coordinate with blending, maintenance, warehouse, QA/QC, and dispatch teams
- Ensure proper machine utilization, line efficiency, and housekeeping standards
- Monitor product quality, filling accuracy, and packing standards
- Supervise operators, helpers, and shift staff efficiently
- Ensure smooth shift handover and proper production reporting
- Allocate manpower as per production planning
- Perform production related SAP entries and maintain records
- Prepare daily production reports, downtime reports, and shift reports
- Provide operational training to production staff on SOPs, safety, quality
Requirements
- Experience in production management, preferably in lubricants or similar industry
- Knowledge of SAP for production entries and reporting
- Ability to manage shifts and coordinate with multiple departments
- Familiarity with ISO procedures and safety standards
