Asst. Manager / Manager – Logistics and Documentation (IB)

· Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs department, and other logistics partners to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery.

· Monitor transit performance and resolve shipment-related issues proactively.

· Define and implement packaging standards to ensure product safety and compliance.

· Optimize packaging and container utilization to improve loadability and reduce logistics costs.

· Prepare and review export invoices and shipping documentation in line with international trade regulations.

· Ensure completeness and accuracy of documents to avoid delays or penalties.

· Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, and Finance teams to align order priorities, shipment schedules, and billing processes.

· Act as the central point of coordination for international order execution.
