Position Overview
The position is Assistant Manager in the Internal Audit function and reports to the Head of Internal Audit.
The role supports audit planning, execution, reporting, risk management, controls, compliance, and process improvement.
Location and Travel
- The stated location is Mumbai, with audits conducted at locations in Africa and India.
- The role requires a valid passport and at least 50% travel time each month.
- Work location is listed as in person.
Education and Experience
- Chartered Accountant qualification is required.
- One to three years of internal audit experience is specified.
- CS, MBA, LLB, CIA, ACCA, or CISA qualifications are advantageous.
- Big Four internal audit, oil and gas, or manufacturing sector experience is targeted.
Audit Responsibilities
- Assist with audit scope, presentations, annual plans, risk assessments, and control design reviews.
- Execute audit testing, assess compliance, identify risks, and prepare audit reports.
- Conduct follow-up on action plans, obtain auditee comments, and maintain audit checklists.
