Role Description

  • Oversee daily marketing activities and build strategic marketing plans.
  • Analyze market trends to develop innovative campaigns for brand engagement and revenue growth.
  • Manage marketing initiatives, conduct market research, and create promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to meet organizational goals.
  • Coordinate across departments to enhance the resort's market position.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research.
  • Expertise in Marketing and Marketing Management.
  • Strong Sales and collaborative skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with luxury hospitality marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certifications advantageous.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing projects in a fast paced environment.
