Data Analysis and Insight Development

• Conduct strategic analysis of paid media and measurement performance data.
• Translate complex datasets into meaningful findings and initial client narratives.
• Support insights, recommendations, and storylines that guide client decisions.
• Validate data accuracy and investigate anomalies to protect insight integrity.
• Contribute data-driven perspectives to presentations, reports, and client discussions.
• Maintain proficiency in digital measurement tools, methodologies, and operational processes.

Team Development and Collaboration

• Mentor and train Account Coordinators on delivery processes, quality standards, and analytical practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Delivery, Data Management, and other internal teams on client goals and project execution.
• Share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned to improve team effectiveness.
• Support onboarding, training, and process education for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• 5–8 years of related experience in consulting and/or the life sciences industry is required.
• Experience with paid media such as digital, television, audio, search, or social media is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, including complex dataset interpretation and actionable insight development.
• Experience managing quality control, data validation, and client deliverables is required.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
• A media agency background is preferred.

Compensation

• The potential annualized base pay range is $66,400–$110,600.
• Actual base pay may vary based on qualifications, education, experience, location, and schedule.
• Incentive plans, bonuses, and other compensation may be offered depending on the position.

• This is a home-based, fully remote role with collaborative tools and support from a global team.
