About the Role
StreamingFast and Aviron are seeking a versatile Business Operations Analyst to serve as the operational backbone for two tech companies in AI and blockchain. You will coordinate shared services, manage finance and administration, support strategy and sales, and optimize operations.

Responsibilities
- Own the day to day management of fractional consultants across bookkeeping, accounting, tax, legal, token accounting, and HR
- Own financial tracking and budgeting across both entities, working closely with bookkeeping and accounting specialists
- Manage payroll coordination, corporate filings, and other administrative obligations in partnership with external specialists
- Produce periodic financial summaries and board level reporting packages
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and ad hoc strategic work for the founders
- Support business development and sales activity: outreach, follow ups, meeting prep, and CRM hygiene
- Draft internal memos, external communications, and other written deliverables as needed
- Identify operational bottlenecks and build lightweight processes or automations to address them
- Leverage AI tools actively; expected to be a power user
Requirements
- Two to three years of professional experience in investment banking, management consulting, startup operations, accounting, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Genuine curiosity for AI; experience with LLMs, prompting, or automation tools
- High ownership mindset; ability to figure things out and improve processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and French
- Strong organizational instincts; ability to hold multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and context switching between two organizations
- Bilingual in French and English
- Experience in a high growth startup or tech company (nice to have)
- Exposure to legal, HR, or financial operations in a startup context (nice to have)
- Hands on experience building workflows or automations with AI tools (nice to have)

The Role
- We are looking for a sharp, high ownership generalist who wants to be the operational backbone of two cutting edge technological companies operating in exciting fields: AI and blockchain.
- This is not a narrow functional role. You will own things end to end, manage external specialists, support the founders, and build the processes that let both organizations scale.
- Think of it as a Chief of Staff apprenticeship: you will be exposed to everything (finance, HR, legal, strategy, BD and sales) and expected to run with it.
- You will report directly to the CEO.
What You'll Do Shared Services Coordination
- Own the day to day management of fractional consultants across bookkeeping, accounting, tax, legal, token accounting, and HR, making sure deliverables land on time and nothing falls through the cracks.
What You'll Do Finance & Administration
- Own financial tracking and budgeting across both entities, working closely with bookkeeping and accounting specialists.

Who You Are Minimum Requirements

- High ownership mindset: you'd rather figure something out and improve it than wait to be told exactly what to do.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and French.
- Strong organizational instincts: you can hold multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping threads.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and context switching between two organizations with different rhythms.
- Bilingual in French and English.
