Role Overview
The Associate Vice President, AI Product Manager leads the AI Lab's Internal Productivity squad.
The role delivers AI products supporting enterprise knowledge management, workflow automation, internal productivity, and cost reduction.
The role combines hands-on product leadership with squad management and cross-bank stakeholder engagement.
Product and Delivery Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, backlog prioritization, user stories, success criteria, and release scope.
- Lead the enterprise knowledge engine and knowledge management capabilities, including retrieval, search, and intelligent assistance.
- Shape adjacent AI use cases such as recommendation engines, next-best-action models, and decision-support assistants.
- Lead AI enablement, adoption, playbook, template, and onboarding initiatives across bank departments.
- Lead agile ceremonies and remain accountable for delivery timing, release quality, and team health.
- Coach squad members, set expectations, remove blockers, and make product and user-experience decisions within strategy and budget.
- Build trusted relationships with department heads, function leads, AI Champions, and senior stakeholders.
- Align with architecture, technology delivery, information security, risk, compliance, and peer AI squads.
- Recommend AI tools, platforms, partners, squad composition, and resourcing in collaboration with leadership.
