THE ROLE
The Associate Vice President, Client and Advisory Experience-SISIP Financial will lead and direct the development and execution of sales strategies and tactics to create member value through client acquisition, conversion and retention.
They will develop standards for business intelligence and data management to enhance reporting and segmentation models and provide strategic advice to executives and senior stakeholders, as well as client experience standards, client experience roadmaps and client capacity models to ensure optional resource allocation.
The Associate Vice President, Client and Advisory Experience-SISIP Financial will authorize, monitor, and record financial transactions and commitments within an approved budget, and apply NPF policies, procedures, regulations, and applicable legislation. Ensure compliance with the Health & Safety Program and may act as a member of a local NPF Committee.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
- Education, Certifications and Licenses
- Some Post-Secondary Education AND in-depth experience in directly related fields of expertise
- Experience
- In strategic business and planning
- In sales planning, analysis, forecasting and reporting
- In advising and managing client relationships and book of business
- In developing sales strategies and managing the sales process
- In delivering sales and performance coaching practices
- In resource planning, capacity modelling and advisor/client segmentation
- In developing influencing and collaborative relationships
- In overseeing compliance with policies, procedures, laws and regulations in life and health insurance, investment management, financial planning, and financial counselling
- In risk management
- In budget administration
- In personnel administration
- Competencies, Skills and Abilities
- Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership .
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
- English or French Essential / Bilingual an asset
