Compensation: $120,000–$160,000+ (base + production, based on experience and performance) Full-Time Benefits Include: PTO, production bonuses, CE allowance, flexible scheduling, and professional development support

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our team at Baytown Animal Hospital.

This is an opportunity to practice high-quality general medicine with the support of a strong technician team , efficient workflow, and access to advanced diagnostics — all within a privately owned, non-corporate environment.

As an Associate Veterinarian, you will:

Provide wellness and preventive care

Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions

Manage daytime urgent care cases

Perform soft tissue surgeries (as desired)

Interpret diagnostics and develop treatment plans

Communicate clearly and confidently with clients

Maintain accurate and complete medical records

Strong technician and senior technician support

Efficient workflow designed to support doctor productivity

Access to advanced equipment (Ultrasound, Endoscopy, in-house lab)

Privately owned — no corporate restrictions or quotas

Leadership focused on structure, support, and growth

DVM or equivalent degree (licensed or eligible in Texas)

Strong clinical and communication skills

Interest in practicing high-quality medicine

Comfortable with general practice and urgent care cases

Team-oriented with a professional and positive attitude
