Associate - Technology Support Specialist (On-site) - Dubai (Emirati National)

The opportunity

Key responsibilities

• Support deployment, installation, configuration, and testing of firm hardware and software.
• Support onboarding provisioning, employee deprovisioning, and hardware collection from departing employees.
• Coordinate repairs, reinstall software, and resolve hardware, software, and mobile technology incidents.
• Provide after-hours support for escalated issues under minimal supervision.
• Manage technology assets through procurement, inventory, tracking, and distribution.
• Support technology needs for meetings, events, office moves, and relocations.
• Provide remote-hands support to Telecommunications, Hosting, and other Technology teams.
• Identify trends, anticipate issues, and proactively address end-user technology needs.

Skills and attributes

• Approximately 2–4 years of end-user technology support experience.
• Strong analytical skills for resolving escalated or walk-up end-user incidents.
• Ability to prioritize incidents and communicate timelines and expectations clearly.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Additional qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Comfort working with diverse hardware and software technologies is preferred.
• Experience supporting office moves, technology deployments, or large user groups is preferred.
