Associate Technology Development Program (Temporary)

You'll help protect critical systems and information by:

• Supporting the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies and practices
• Participating in security assessments and vulnerability testing activities
• Assisting with the investigation and resolution of security incidents
• Helping promote cybersecurity awareness through presentations and educational initiatives

You'll contribute to the design and delivery of technology solutions by:

• Designing, developing, testing, and supporting software applications
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build high-quality digital solutions
• Participating in code reviews and continuous improvement activities
• Contributing to modern development practices and technology innovation

Regardless of stream, all program participants will:

• Research emerging technologies and industry trends
• Explore opportunities to improve customer experiences and business processes through technology
• Support technology implementation initiatives and proof-of-concept activities
• Develop recommendations and insights on future technology opportunities
• Create presentations, reports, and technology whitepapers
• Present ideas and findings to leaders and stakeholders
• Gain exposure to strategic decision-making and enterprise technology planning

Education required: Undergraduate or Master’s degree in: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related discipline

Experience required: Approximately eight (8) months of combined experience through co-op terms, internships, research, academic projects, or paid employment in one or more of the following areas: Software Development, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Systems Design

Experience, coursework, projects, or certifications related to:

• Security testing and vulnerability management
• Network or web application security
• Firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems
• Security certifications such as Security+, CCNA Security, GIAC, CISSP, or similar

Experience, coursework, or projects involving:

• React or React Native
• Node.js
• Python
• Web application development
• Database technologies
• Cloud platforms and hosting services
• Azure development tools and services

Exposure to:

• Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Infrastructure automation
• Cloud cost optimization and governance
• DevOps practices and tools

This role requires the successful applicant to commit to an in-office work arrangement up to 5 days a week beginning in 2027.
