Associate - Technology, Customer and Operations

In-depth technical knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse operations.

Proficiency in SQL, including creation, optimization, and management of stored procedures and queries.

Experience with technical reporting tools such as Power BI/Birst/SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) will be an advantage.

Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience with APIs, interfaces, and EDI integration.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
