Job Overview
The Associate Technician, Paint Shop Process in Jeddah (KAEC) will support daily paint shop operations by preparing accurate paint mixtures, maintaining mixing room equipment, and ensuring consistent quality standards.
This hands-on role requires a skilled technician with 5-7 years of experience in paint mixing environments, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and mix paint formulations according to approved formulas and production schedules.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain paint mixing room equipment including mixers, scales, and dispensers.
- Perform quality checks on mixed paint batches, record results, and adjust processes to meet specifications.
- Monitor and manage paint inventory levels, coordinate replenishment to prevent production delays.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe mixing area in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
- Document batch data, deviations, and maintenance activities accurately in the system.
